Let’s First Hear the Background Story
One of our recent projects started with a visit from a small business owner. She was friendly, passionate, and full of ideas. According to her, she was preparing to launch a new product line and wanted something that could help it shine brighter than the products of the competitors.

The description was enough to pop a handful of ideas in our minds, but we waited for her to share the hand-drawn sketches with us.
- Our First thought?
Honestly, we were surprised. This woman was really up to something Big. She also brought with her some color swatches and a clear sense of the vibe that she was going for. Her exact words, as she defined them, were:

So, we sat down together and talked a little more about her goals, audience, and where these stickers would be placed. Were they packaging? Or giveaways? Or maybe even laptops?
The task was clear, and this was truly challenging (something our team loves), so we accepted it. And this is how the journey of delivering excellence began at one of the top Dubai print design companies.
Step #1: Ask a Dozen Questions to Get as Many Details as Possible
Our standard practice is to let the client introduce themselves first. The same protocol was followed with the lady we last worked with. Based on this initial conversation, our consultant analysed which designer would best align with her goals and then introduced the two.
The conversation now became a bit technical as she began telling the designer about her vision and shared the drafts and swatches she had. The designer then shot a few final questions at the client of our most recent project, for a clearer picture.
- What size and shape do you envision for the final stickers?
- Will they be used indoors, outdoors, or both?
- Do you have a preferred material: matte, glossy, vinyl, or something else?
- Are there any brand colors or fonts we should strictly follow?
- Will these bases be applied by hand or machine?
- Do you need them to be waterproof, scratch-resistant, or removable?

Step #2: Hand Over the Sample and Wait for the Feedback
